Real Madrid look set to make a summer bid for the United Goalkeeper according to reports in Spain
The Old Trafford No1 almost joined his boyhood club two summers ago.
Real Madrid chief Florentino Perez is refusing to give up on the goalkeeper. Reports say that the Premier League ace is ready to demand at least £375,000-a-week to sign a new United contract.
The Sun report that an Old Trafford insider said: “The financial reality has completely altered for David and his people in terms of what his next deal should be worth.
“Last year it was thought getting closer to £250,000 a week would be realistic.
“He has seen United have even deeper pockets that even they first imagined. He is ready to go to a lot more.
